it’s almost 6 am- the insomnia has been REAL unfortunately, so i’m looking into some articles and now you can too,,,,,,
only if wanna read up-to what i’m reading into. sometimes all you need is someone to google search and type up a bibliography for ya…. !¡!¡!¡
after i get some rest, this day will consist of practicing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and manifestation (which will hopefully lead to feeling better).
i’d highly recommend buying a journal dedicated to writing your thoughts lists and desires. you could even pick up some colorful fun pens while you’re at it, or just stick to black ink- an oldie but a goodie.
